Taken during the Wingmasters Owl/Raptor Program that was given by Julie Ann Collier at The Bird Store and More in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Julie and her partner Jim Parks rehabilitate injured birds of prey and runs a shelter that cares for those unable to return to the wild. Larry Keating, another owl/raptor rehabilitator who runs "Rulers of the Wind", was also present.
